Return Window
All online purchases must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unused
Have original tags attached
Be in the original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Policy
Anue Beauty Supply does not provide return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 1% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry (including earrings, nose rings, necklaces, and rings)
Items that have been in direct contact with the body

We only process exchanges for items that meet return eligibility criteria.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
